監査法人『北三会計社』の名称の由来

　本部を置く鹿児島市は日本本土の最南端に位置しながら、江戸末期から明治にかけて多数の政治家を輩出し、彼等は日本を近代国家へと導く原動力となりました。 しかし、明治維新より100年以上経過した現在、地方の現状は、あらゆる面、特に経済面において中央との格差が広がっていると言わざるを得ません。
　私達は、公認会計士として地域経済の発展に寄与すべく監査法人を設立しました。
　
「北三」の『北』は明治維新の郷士の先君に学び、地元企業とともに北の方向を目指すこと、つまり「成長」を意味するものです。 また、『三』は三井、三菱など企業名称に使われるもので「安定」を意味するものです。

『成長』と『安定』は、財務諸表の損益計算書と貸借対照表の意味するところとも一致し、監査法人の名称としています。

 

Hokusan Audit Corporation
The Hokusan Audit Corporation was founded in Kagoshima City. The word Hokusan is composed of two Chinese characters. Hoku literally means north. This implies that we and other local companies of Kagoshima should look towards the north. Though located in the southern tip of Japan proper, Kagoshima was once leading Japan. Many politicians from here became the driving force of the Meiji Restoration. In other words, this letter means ‘growth’. The latter half, San means ‘stability’ and is used in such corporate names as Mitsui and Mitsubishi, ”Grouth”and ”stability” coincide with the philosophies of the profit and loss statement and balance sheet respectively.
